Genivieve Mahoney received her BA in Fine Art from UCLA in 1987. After graduation she worked in Burbank and Hollywood CA as a storyboard artist and background painter followed by 15 years as an in-house graphic illustrator at Powell Skateboards and Big Dog Sportswear.

She is also the parent of 2 successfully launched adult children and currently does freelance illustration out of her small studio in Ojai, CA.
